UG: You've been in the interior design business most of your adult life. What keeps you in it?
LS: I really enjoy what I do. I like creating design solutions, helping people realize their vision. Most people have a sense of what they want but don't have the skills to achieve it. Much of what I do is showing a client how to implement their ideas while letting them contribute to the process, so the result is more rewarding for everyone.
