This very textural style is ideally suited for a single color, as the example at left illustrates.

Two or even more colors may be employed. For example, in the example at left,a solid color might be applied overall, being visible in the negative areas.

In non-tempered applications, separate individual colors may be applied overall to each side of the glass. This technique will tend to result in the appearance of greater depth and will enable the two colors to interplay as the viewers' perspective changes.
