Sand frosting/etching provides added diffusion and privacy, as well as an elegant, soft “Lalique” appearance, when our special sealant is applied, which also reduces maintenance requirements. Silvering creates a completely opaque surface, adding beautiful reflective qualities (this effect is particularly dazzling with colored glass). Frit application (the use of crushed glass) can add sparkle and luster, and is a great way to accent a design. UltraGlas can also be selectively painted and leafed.
