Standard UltraGlas designs are available in a comprehensive range of styles and tastes. When these designs are employed using the specified mold sizes, then no mold-creation charges will be incurred. Should a design require re-sizing or other modifications, then additional mold-creation costs will be charged to your project. Generally, any standard design may be positioned as desired within glass components that are larger than the specified mold size. Glass components in sizes that are smaller than the mold sizes may be created by specifying a desired area within the mold, to occupy the smaller glass component. Should flat areas be required within these glass components (to accommodate hardware, for example), UltraGlas is able to “soften” and flatten the dimensionality within those specified locations to accommodate your needs — no mold charges will be incurred for this process.
