The following guidelines are provided to assist you in providing the most appropriately formatted art files to our Art Department. Preferred File Format Our Art Department uses Adobe Illustrator as its primary program. When possible, please provide artwork in any version of Adobe Illustrator — in either Macintosh or PC platforms. Other Supported File Formats UltraGlas supports the use of bitmapped Photoshop PSD, JPG (JPEG), GIF or PDF files as templates — each of these file formats will require UltraGlas to convert files into Adobe Illustrator “vector-based” artwork*. UltraGlas also accepts CAD (DXF and DWG) files and a variety of other artwork formats. Typeface Requirements If your artwork includes type, please provide in outlined form, if possible. If you are unable to outline type, then include all required type font files*. IMPORTANT NOTE: Artwork requiring manipulation, conversion or alterations may result in additional charges and may cause delays in your project’s scheduling.
