Is UltraGlasTile difficult to install? UltraGlasTiles install very much like any ceramic tile. Since color is opaque, setting materials won’t show through. Tiles may be cut using many of the same tools that are used for ceramic tiles — wet saws (with Resin Bond diamond blade) for more dimensional trim pieces — cutting boards, glass cutters and glass cutting pliers for field tiles. UltraGlas does recommend that an experienced tile professional be contracted to install UltraGlasTile. Custom shapes and sizes may be ordered by submitting templates or drawings.
